MYSTERY PLAYHOUSE -- CHARLIE CHAN: CHARLIE'S DAUGHTER IS KIDNAPPED

The Charlie Chan appeared in three different radio programs from on four different networks between 1932 and 1948.  I have not been able to glean much information about the various series.

Mystery Playhouse was an anthology rebroadcast program drawing on various mystery and detective programs; it was aired by the Armed Services Radio Network for the military during World War II.  The Charlie Chan episode "Charlie's Daughter is Kidnapped" (aka "Pearl of Great Price") -- original airdate unknown and rebroadcast date unknown -- has Charlie as an avid stamp collector and devoted father...and you should not irritate a devoted father,
