OLD-TIME RADIO: TERRY AND THE PIRATES

Following Tuesday's post on television's syndicated Terry and the Pirates, I thought it would be interesting to give a listen to the radio program.  The thrilling adventures of pilot Terry Lee in the Orient ran fron 1937 to 1948, with a two-year hiatus beginning in 1939.

Below are a full week's worth of the radio adventure which ran fifteen-minute programs from the Chicago Tribune WGN radio station which covered the Midwestern United States.  These are the last five episodes before the Attack on Pearl Harbor that following Saturday.
