    Billingham is another one I mean to raad. He is so funny in person (Bouchercon) that I know I would love him.

      This novel and another Tom Thorne novel were adapted for television in England. David Morrissey starred. The shows were popular enough to warrant a full series but by then Morrissey was signed as The Governor in THE WALKING DEAD so the series plan was scrapped.
